Elaine brings over 15 years of experience shaping leadership capability, organisational culture, and talent strategy in complex, regulated, and high-growth environments.

HTMS appoints Elaine Stephens as Chief People Officer.

High Temperature Materials Systems a UK business pioneering a new type of advanced composite materials, has appointed Elaine Stephens as Chief People Officer. 

Elaine brings over 15 years of experience shaping leadership capability, organisational culture, and talent strategy in complex, regulated, and high-growth environments. She previously served as Executive Director of Learning & Development at Chiltern International Ltd, leading global talent initiatives during periods of rapid growth, international expansion, and acquisition. 

She has deep expertise in leadership development, succession planning, organisational design, and culture change, and is a qualified executive coach and Master Practitioner of NLP. Elaine is recognised for providing clarity during periods of growth and transformation, translating business strategy into practical, people-focused solutions that strengthen engagement and organisational performance.
